I am an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer in the UK and have over 5 years of experience in weightlifting and have expanded my knowledge about health, exercise, and nutrition ever since. I’ve worked in many gyms as a fitness instructor and personal trainer and currently work multiple times a week with clients one-on-one. I have years of experience with personal coaching and customizing training programs and meal plans.
